With the yuletide season coming to a close and 2015 fast approaching, I think it's about time to give you guys this long overdue post about what I've been up to and what I've been planning to do this coming year.
If you guys follow me on Twitter, you'll know that when it was a month + before Christmas day, I'd started tweeting a Christmas countdown (which totally didn't show how excited I was for Christmas, pshh no). I mean I started playing Christmas songs in November, and had already made a Christmas playlist by the first week of December... not excited at all. My Christmas spirit game was strong, with a rating of 10121323 out of 10. During the first weeks of Advent, my family and I started to make candy packs for carolers. Every year since I was a kid, my mom would buy packs and packs of assorted candy and chocolate to be put into ice pack plastics and tied up by my cousins and I (the Santa Workers as she would call us) for us to give to the carolers in front of our house. This tradition of ours, is one of my favorite Christmas to-do's because it always reminds me what the true meaning of Christmas is -- the act of giving is what it's all about.
Anyway, #CHRISTMAS2014 was a blast and I can't wait 'til next year!

| "The Christmas Village" My mom has been collecting (individually) each of these bad boys, adding at least 1 new attraction/house each year. The tarpaulin backdrop was a new addition this year, alongside 2 new shops. Most of the houses/attractions have built-in lights and sounds (sounds of which are Christmas tunes). This took at least a whole week to arrange and put up. |

Sweet! This
New Year, I'm planning on getting back with my journaling and crafting to better document the fun events and memories 2015 has in store for me. I think that's what I lacked the most this past year, so I'm making sure that the next 12 months will be cherished more and given more attention than the 12 months it preceded. I'll give you guys more info on that soon.
That's it for now! I hope you guys had an awesome Christmas and that you're just as excited for 2015 as I am (which is reeeeeeeealllllly excited!) Have a good one! x
